CleanSpace Wall System & WaterGuard Drainage System
CleanSpace is a strong vapor barrier that lines the basement walls and directs seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system. WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete to provide a seamless finished look once dry.
TrenchDrain Grated Basement Drain
TrenchDrain is installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch excess and surface water. It is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system.
SaniDry XP Dehumidifier & TripleSafe Sump Pump
The SaniDry XP (right) keeps the humidity in the air of the basement low and drains itself into the TripleSafe sump pump (left). The TripleSafe takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the home through the discharge lines.
IceGuard Discharge Line System
IceGuard prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
