CleanSpace is a strong vapor barrier that lines the basement walls and directs seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system. WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete to provide a seamless finished look.
TrenchDrain Grated Basement Drain
TrenchDrain catches excess and surface water. It is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system.
SuperSump Plus Sump Pump
The SuperSump Plus takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the home through a discharge line.
IceGuard Discharge Line System
IceGuard prevents flooding if the discharge line ever clogs or freezes.
