WaterGuard Drainage System & WaterGuard Port
WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the garage floor and covered in fresh concrete to provide a seamless finished look. The WaterGuard Port is left visible to provide access to the system when needed.
TrenchDrain Grated Basement Drain
TrenchDrain was installed inside of the garage door to catch excess and surface water. It is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the garage through the two discharge lines.
IceGuard Discharge Line System
IceGuard prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
