This home in Stoughton, MA had a basement with a crawl space attached that was surrounded by a fieldstone foundation. Fieldstone foundation are very common to leak and this one was no different! Luckily, there are solutions, like the ones our team did! In the basement, they added WaterGuard and CleanSpace Wall along of perimeter of the space to collect any seepage from the wall or seam, any water will then be directed into the SuperSump Plus sump pump for removal. The crawl space was wrapped with our CleanSpace to create a barrier, preventing moisture from the ground or foundation from penetrating the air and causing mold or rot.
