Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Leaking Basement Fix in East Greenwich, RI
In East Greenwich, RI, this home has a history of water leaking in after big rainstorms and the owners were over dealing with every time! After getting a free inspection, the team was able to install the plan to give them a dry basement! We started by installing our WaterGuard pipe system along the edge where the wall and floor meet, that is where water tends to seep in. The WaterGuard connects to a TripleSafe sump pump that will collect all the water and pump it out of the basement and away from the home. To help combat against moisture in the air, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed. With these three components, this basement has the dream team of basement waterproofing!
Utility Protection
To keep the oil tank safe from any moisture, the bottom is wrapped with CleanSpace that connects to the WaterGuard, keeping water away.
Dream Team
The TripleSafe and SaniDry Sedona are all set up! A great feature of the Sedona is that it is self emptying, so the discharge tube can go right into the sump pump and there are no buckets to lug out of the basement every day!
Perimeter Waterproofing
WaterGuard goes along the seam of the foundation wall and floor, that is the weakest point of the foundation and where water can leak in.
