Our team was able to get out and install a fix that would keep the whole basement dry, a full perimeter system, which we highly recommend for those with plans to finish to protect their investment. The crew added WaterGuard piping around the basement with a TripleSafe sump pump to remove all the collected water. They also added CleanSpace Wall around the basement to protect any walls they add to the basement from moisture. Condensation from the cool concrete wall and any seepage will be directed into the WaterGuard and flow to the sump pump!
