Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Leaking Plymouth, MA Basement Project
A basement in Plymouth, MA has some leaking in the basement that was a major frustration for the owners. After meeting with our inspector, they got a plan to help keep their block wall basement dry to avoid future stress during big rains! The crew installed a SuperSump Plus sump pump to remove the water collected by the WaterGuard pipes that go around the basement. The walls were sealed with our CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier which will direct any seeping water into the WaterGuard below, keeping moisture out of the basement. A SaniDry XP dehumidifier will also work to reduce moisture, absorbing humidity from the air to make this basement much drier and healthier for this family!
Sump and Dehumidifier
The SuperSump Plus and SaniDry XP dehumidifier are a perfect pair! The sump allows the dehumidifier to drain in it, removing the need to empty buckets of water each day.
