Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Commercial Basement Waterproofing in New Bedford, MA
Our team was able to assist this commercial property in New Bedford, MA after their basement was getting water seepage. With this foundation, we used our DryTrak system to collect water around the basement. DryTrak is used when the floor is too thick to jackhammer or if the foundation is monolithic, meaning the floor and footing were poured as one, and jackhammering to place WaterGuard in there would compromise the stability of the foundation. The DryTrak sits above the floor and collects water to bring to the TripleSafe sump pump for removal!
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe system is almost done, it just needs the battery hookup and it's ready to run!
DryTrak Set Up
The DryTrak is secured to the edge of the floor and wall where water typically seeps into the basement.
DryTrak on Corners
Like WaterGuard, DryTrak can fit around corners, maximizing its coverage!
