The owner of this Dedham, MA home decided their next home project was going to be the basement! Their finished basement had a sump pump that needed upgrading and a more reliable system in general. Our crew installed our TripleSafe sump pump with WaterGuard piping to collect and remove the water seepage. Then to restore the finished walls that were cut, our EverLast Wall system was installed, along with EverLast Plank Flooring to bring this project back to a finished basement, seeming as if no waterproofing work was even done!

First Step

First, the waterproofing solution needs to be installed! The install process of the TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard can be seen here.

Second Step

After the waterproofing is installed and cemented in, the tracks for the EverLast Wall are put in place. This won't disturb the WaterGuard piping in place along the wall.
