Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing Along A Basement Wall in Halifax, MA
Sometimes we have homeowners that would prefer to only address the immediate area that is causing them issues. This is fine. Our work in the basement can be done in phases and as needed. Mark in Halifax, MA had a sump pump and some interior drainage installed. It rectified the problem but due to hydrostatic pressure, the problem shifted along the wall. We came in to waterproof the next issue.

Step 1
The perimeter of the floor is jack hammered to create a trench for the drainage pipe, WaterGuard.
Step 3
The CleanSpace Wall is tucked into the flange of the WaterGuard
Step 4
Finally, the area is re-concreted and we wait for it to dry.
Step 2
CleanSpace is affixed to the foundation wall. This will take any seeping water and direct it to the WaterGuard and eventually to the sump
