Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Leaky Crack in Wareham, MA

This project took place in Wareham, MA where there was a leaking crack in the basement, causing issues for the homeowners. Our FlexiSpan system includes filling the crack with a polyurethane sealant and adding a protective channel so in the chance it does leak, the water will not get on the floor and will instead go into the drywell.

First Seal

The crack is sealed with our FlexiSpan system with a drywell at the bottom.

Protection Layer

CleanSpace then goes over the sealed crack to protect the basement from any moisture.
