Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in West Greenwich, RI

This homeowner in West Greenwich, RI had a partially finished basement that they were looking to have fully finished, but before that happened they knew they needed some waterproofing help so they gave us a call. They were unfortunately experiencing a lot of water coming in through the foundation of the basement as well as the window well. When our inspector, Michael B, took a look at the basement, he knew just the solution that would work! Our foreman, Lucio, and his crew got to work on installation day putting Michael's plan into place. Inside of the basement, they installed our WaterGuard drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump to collect and push the water out. For the water entering through the window well, they installed the WellDuct window well drainage system on the inside of the window and on the outside, they installed the Sunhouse Window Enclosure to keep out a majority of the rain and also protect the window frame. Also outside of the home, our IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent flooding from clogged or frozen discharge lines. Now the homeowner can finish the rest of their basement with confidence!
