Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Large Waterproofing Install in Exeter, RI
This large, unfinished concrete basement in Exeter, RI sits beneath an office building. The basement was primarily used for storage of documents, signage, etc - but these were at risk due to water and moisture issues that had been going on for some time. After seeing a commercial of ours, a representative of this office contacted DryZone to prepare a written estimate for work, after a free inspection.
Our inspector, Steve, worked hard to devise a plan that would eliminate the issues of water seeping in through the foundation, and moisture/dampness threatening this crucial storage space. Luckily, because he has been with the company since its inception - Steve knew exactly how to tackle these concerns! And our installation team, lead by foreman Carlos R, would install our WaterGuard drainage system throughout the basement, two TripleSafe pumping stations to even out the workload across the large space, our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help keep humidity and moisture at bay, and our CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier system to control leaks and create an additional barrier between foundation and the interior of the basement - this space would be well protected and safe for storage for years to come! See more about the how and why in the linked Case Study!
The Meat & Potatoes
Here you can see our TripleSafe sump system with the black battery box charger for the battery-powered UltraSump 4 back up system; our SaniDry Sedona elevated off the floor to keep it dry in the event the basement floor floods again, and our CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier system lining the walls!
Strength & Support
Here, you can see our SmartJack system installed to help support the main structure of the building. The previous support post standing beside it had been compromised due to continued levels of moisture and water. DryZone will always do our best to make sure your home is structurally safe and sound during installation and inspections.
WaterGuard & CleanSpace Wall
In this photo, you'll see our CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier tucked neatly into the WaterGuard drainage system at the base of the wall, as well as lining the platform around the oil system.
