Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in East Sandwich, MA
This homeowner in East Sandwich, MA was finding that water was continually seeping into their walk-out basement during heavy rain storms but they were unsure of where the main source of the water was coming from. When our inspector, Trevor, went out to take a look at the basement, he determined that the water was entering mostly on the back side of the house, especially near the stairway that leads to the back yard. During the free estimate, Trevor drew up a plan to waterproof the basement and shared it with the homeowner. On installation day, our foreman, MJ, and his crew brought Trevor's plan to life! They installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the basement floor and our TrenchDrain grated basement drain in front of the stairway to catch excess water trying to find its way in. They also installed our TripleSafe sump pump to send out the water collected by the drainage system. Out side of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was installed to prevent flooding from clogged or frozen discharge lines. With this solid waterproofing system in place, the homeowner doesn't have to worry about water seeping into their basement again.

IceGuard Discharge Line System and LawnScape Well Outlet
IceGuard is installed on the outside wall of the home to prevent flooding from clogged or frozen discharge lines. The discharge line for this home was buried for a more seamless look and the water being sent out of the basement will be let out through the LawnScape Well outlet 15 feet from the home.
