This homeowner in Newton, MA unfortunately had a lot of water flood their finished basement and they gave us a call to inquire about waterproofing before they put in the work to refinish the space. Our inspector, Jake, was happy to take a look at the basement and draw up a waterproofing solution. On installation day, MJ and his crew got to work with putting the plan into action. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the basement floor and the SuperSump Plus sump pump in the lowest point of the basement to collect all water and send it out of the home through the discharge lines.
