Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: East Providence, RI Basement Waterproofing
This homeowner in East Providence, RI reached out to us because their basement was in need of waterproofing. One of our inspectors, Mike, went out to take a look at the basement and drew up a plan on how we could fix it's water issues. On installation day, our crew, lead by foreman MJ, began waterproofing the basement by installing our CleanSpace Wall System. The CleanSpace acts as a vapor barrier against water trying to permeate the basement walls. Along the perimeter of the basement floor, they installed our WaterGuard drainage system to collect water seeping in from the ground. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed at the base of the stairs and around the furnace to collect excess water and protect the furnace. The TrenchDrain is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system and all of the water collected by them is channeled into the SuperSump Plus sump pump, which was installed in the lowest point of the basement. The water is sent out of the basement by the SuperSump Plus through the discharge line. On the outside of the home, our crew set up the IceGuard discharge line system to prevent flooding in case the discharge line ever clogs or freezes. The homeowner now feels much more confident in their basement waterproofing system!
