This homeowner in Providence, RI had water entering their basement through the foundation and when it rained heavily, it entered through the basement walls as well. Benny, one of our inspectors, went to the home during the free estimate and came up with a solution that would keep every part of the basement dry no matter how hard it rained. Our foreman, Kervin, and his crew started waterproofing the basement by seamlessly installing our CleanSpace Wall System along the basement walls to act as a vapor barrier against the water trying to permeate the walls. Then they installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the entire perimeter of the basement floor which collects the groundwater and drains it into the sump pump system. The crew installed our TripleSafe sump pump in the lowest point of the basement, which takes all of the water that tries to enter the basement and sends it out of the home through the discharge lines. The IceGuard discharge line system protects the home from back-flooding if a discharge line ever became clogged or frozen. Now the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement will remain dry no matter how bad the storm is!
