A homeowner in West Warwick, RI reached out to us because their basement was taking on water even though they had a sump pump installed in the past. Benny, one of our inspectors, went to the home during the free estimate appointment and drew up a solution to replace the existing sump pump and install a full perimeter drainage system. Our crew, lead by one of our foremen, MJ, started by installing the CleanSpace Wall System along the walls of the basement to be a vapor barrier. Along the basement floor's perimeter, the crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system. They replaced the existing sump pump with our TripleSafe sump pump and set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity in the basement low. The TripleSafe takes all of the water collected by the drainage system and dehumidifier and sends it out of the home through the discharge lines. The IceGuard discharge line system was installed on the outside of the home to prevent flooding from a clogged or frozen discharge line. Now the homeowner can feel confident in their basement waterproofing system!

WaterGuard Drainage System
The WaterGuard drainage system is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete. The WaterGuard Ports are left visible to allow access to the system if needed.
The SaniDry Sedona keeps humidity in the air low and drains itself into the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe takes all of the water collected by the drainage system and dehumidifier and sends it out of the basement through the discharge lines.
