Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Fiskdale, MA Wet Basement Solutions

New homeowners in Fiskdale, MA called us because the builder's grade sump pumps in their basement were not working properly and they wanted their new home to be completely waterproof. Connor, one of our inspectors, went out to the home and drew up a solution that would make the basement's water issues a thing of the past. Our foreman, Kervin, and his crew started waterproofing the basement with installing our WaterGuard drainage system along the floor's perimeter. In front of the basement door that leads outside, the crew put our TrenchDrain grated basement drain to collect excess water. The WaterGuard and TrenchDrain are connected and filter all of the water they collect into our TripleSafe sump pump, which was installed to replace the existing sump pumps. The TripleSafe takes all of the water trying to enter the basement and sends it out through the discharge lines. The IceGuard discharge line system was set up on the outside of the home to prevent flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line. Now the homeowners can fully enjoy their new home knowing it is protected by our products.
