A homeowner in Blackstone, MA gave us a call because water was finding its way into their basement. David, one of our inspectors, took a look at the basement during the free estimate appointment and drew up a plan that would completely waterproof it. On installation day, Kervin, one of our foremen, arrived with his crew ready to make David's plan a reality! The crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the entire perimeter of the basement floor to collect groundwater. They also set up the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity in the basement low and it drains itself into the WaterGuard drainage system. The furnace and oil tank of the home were both located in the basement and its very important that they stay dry so the crew installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain around them to catch surface water. The TrenchDrain is connected to the WaterGuard and all of that water is sent into the TripleSafe sump pump which was installed in the basement floor's lowest point. The TripleSafe takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the basement through the discharge lines. On the outside of the home, IceGuard protects the home from flooding if the discharge lines ever clog or freeze.
