Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Wet Basement Solutions in Barrington, RI

A homeowner in Barrington, RI had a lot of water entering their basement so they reached out to us for help. Trevor, one of our inspectors, drew up a plan for the home that would resolve the basement's water issues. Julius, one of our production foremen, and his crew arrived on installation day ready to waterproof the basement! They started by installing our CleanSpace wall system along the lower part of the walls to act as a vapor barrier. Then they installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. In front of the basement door that leads outside, they put our TrenchDrain grated basement drain to catch excess and surface water. The WaterGuard and TrenchDrain are connected and drain into the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the home through the discharge lines. The IceGuard discharge line system was installed on the outside of the home to protect it from flooding if a line ever clogs or freezes. Now the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement is waterproofed!
