A homeowner in Middletown, RI knew our sales inspector, Steve, so when they found water in their basement, they gave him a call. Steve drew up a plan for them and our crew, lead by our foreman Julius, made it happen! The crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the basement floor to collect groundwater and they also put it around the oil tank in the basement to protect it from water. They also installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain in parts of the basement to catch surface water, it is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. The WaterGuard and TrenchDrain channel all of the water they collect into the SuperSump Plus sump pump. The SuperSump Plus takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the home through the discharge line. The IceGuard discharge line system is installed on the outside of the home and prevents flooding if the discharge line gets clogged or frozen. Now the homeowner's basement is waterproofed and they're so happy they decided to reach out to Steve!
WaterGuard Drainage System & WaterGuard Port
WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete. In this basement, the crew also accounted for the oil tank because it is very important to keep it safe from water damage. The WaterGuard Port is left visible to provide access to the system when needed.
TrenchDrain Grated Basement Drain
TrenchDrain is installed to catch excess and surface water. It is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system.
SuperSump Plus Sump Pump
The SuperSump Plus takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the home through the discharge line.
IceGuard Discharge Line System
IceGuard is installed on the outside of the home and prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
