This homeowner in Norfolk, MA reached out to us about their wet basement so our inspector, Jake, went to take a look during the free estimate appointment. On installation day, our crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along each wall to corral the water permeating the wall into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the entirety of the floor's perimeter collecting the groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch surface water and it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sends all of that collected water out of the basement through the two discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system prevents water from flooding back into the basement if a discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes in the winter. Now the homeowner is confident that their basement will be staying dry going forward!
