Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Clarksburg, MA Waterproofing

This homeowner in Clarksburg, MA had a basement/garage that needed to be waterproofed and luckily they knew our sales inspector, Dave! Dave went to the home and drew up a waterproofing solution for them during the free estimate appointment. On installation day, the crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor along the wall to corral the water permeating the wall into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter collecting groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the garage door to catch surface water, it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. They also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity in the space low and it drains itself into the drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the SuperSump Plus sump pump. The SuperSump Plus sends all of the collected water out of the basement through the discharge line. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was installed to prevent water from flooding back in if the discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes in the winter. The homeowner is really happy they worked with Dave to get their home waterproofed!
