Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing and Foundation Repair in North Attleboro, MA
This homeowner in North Attleboro, MA reached out to us because their basement was in need of waterproofing and foundation repair. Water was finding its way in near the bulkhead door and the main beam of the ceiling was starting to show signs of failure. Our crew started to waterproof by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the wall to corral that water into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter collecting the groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the bulkhead door to catch surface water, it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends all of the collected water out of the basement through discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever clogs or freezes. For the foundation issues, the crew installed five of our SmartJack Stabilizers along the main beam of the basement ceiling. SmartJacks are made of galvanized steel so they won't rust or rot over time. The homeowner now has peace of mind about the conditions of their basement!
CleanSpace Wall System
CleanSpace is a strong vapor barrier that protects the basement walls from water damage and directs any water it encounters into the WaterGuard drainage system. Our crew did a great job of installing this seamlessly behind obstacles like pipes and wires.
