This homeowner in Lunenburg, MA gave us a call because both their finished basement and the garage beneath their home were experiencing water issues. In both areas, our crew installed the WaterGuard drainage system to collect ground water. On the floor in front of the garage door, they installed our XL TrenchDrain to collect surface water, the XL TrenchDrain is connected to the WaterGuard. That water is sent into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends all of the water out of the home. The TripleSafe was installed in a small space between the garage and finished basement. Our EverLast wall restoration system was installed after all of the waterproofing work was done to return the basement to its finished state. The homeowner is so relieved to have both areas beneath their home waterproofed!
WaterGuard Drainage System
WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete to provide a seamless finished look and the WaterGuard Port is left visible to provide access to the system when needed.
XL TrenchDrain Grated Drain
The XL TrenchDrain was installed in front of the garage door to catch excess and surface water. It is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe takes all of the water it collects and sends it out of the home through the discharge lines.
EverLast Wall Restoration
Our EverLast Wall was installed last after all the waterproofing work was done to leave the finished part of the basement looking put together. The EverLast wall itself is waterproof!
