Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Little Compton, RI Basement Waterproofing
This homeowner in Little Compton, RI gave us a call because they were constantly dealing with water in their basement after every big rainfall, especially near the window well. Trevor, one of our inspectors, went to the home and drew up a solution that would keep the basement dry going forward. Our crew installed our Sunhouse Window enclosure on the outside of the window well to keep most of the rain out, but for the rain that does find its way through, they installed our WellDuct Window Well drainage system. The WellDuct filters the water it collects into the SuperSump Plus sump pump system. The SuperSump Plus sends the water out of the home through the discharge line and the IceGuard discharge line system was set up on the outside of the home to prevent flooding in case the line clogs or freezes. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was also installed inside of the basement in front of the door leading outside to collect excess water. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about finding water in their basement!
