Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Cranston, RI Total Basement Waterproofing

This homeowner in Cranston, RI reached out to us about their home that had water leaking in through the walls and creating high moisture levels that are starting to cause mold. They would love to be able to use their basement as storage space, so they set up a free estimate appointment to hear about our waterproofing solutions. Our inspector, Andy, assessed the basement and shared his plan with the homeowner. On installation day, Foreman Kervin and his crew got to work! They starting by spraying our Mold X2 spray in effected areas to clean the existing mold spores. Then they lined the basement walls with our CleanSpace vapor barrier to corral water into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floors perimeter. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to collect surface water, it is connected to the WaterGuard. All of that water is filtered into the TripleSafe sump pump and sent out of the home through the two discharge lines. To control the moisture in the air, the crew set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier which drains itself into the TripleSafe. On the outside of the home, our IceGuard discharge line system was installed to prevent flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line. The homeowner is so happy that they can now safely store their belongings in their basement without having to worry about water.
