This homeowner in Hanover, MA gave us a call because their basement was taking on water so our inspector, David, went out to assess the basement and draw up a solution. On installation day, Foreman MJ and his crew started by installing our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the basement floor to collect groundwater. They also installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch surface water. The WaterGuard and TrenchDrain are connected and filter the water they collect into the TripleSafe sump pump system. The TripleSafe sends all of the water out of the basement through two discharge lines. On the home's exterior, the crew set up our IceGuard discharge line system to prevent flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line. The homeowner is so happy they called DryZone because they no longer have to worry about finding water in their basement again.
