Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Lower Level Waterproofing in Marshfield, MA
This homeowner in Marshfield, MA gave us a call because the entire lower level of their home needed waterproofing. The lower level was half garage and half unfinished basement, so our inspector, Jake, drew up a waterproofing solution that would work for the entire area. Our crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the entire perimeter of the lower level's floor. On the inside of the garage door, they installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain to collect surface water. The WaterGuard and TrenchDrain are connected and drain into the SuperSump Plus sump pump. The SuperSump Plus sends the water out of the house through the discharge line. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line protects the home from flooding in the event of the line clogging or freezing. The homeowner is so happy that the lower level of their home is now protected from water!
WaterGuard Drainage System & WaterGuard Port
WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete to provide a seamless finished look. The WaterGuard Port is left visible to provide access to the system when needed.
TrenchDrain Grated Basement Drain
TrenchDrain is installed inside of the garage door to catch excess and surface water. It is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system.
SuperSump Plus Sump Pump System
The SuperSump Plus takes all of the water it collects and sends it out of the home through the discharge line.
IceGuard Discharge Line System
The IceGuard discharge line system is installed on the outside of the home and prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
