A business in Lincoln, RI gave us a call because their office building's basement was taking on water. Our inspector, James, went to the building and assessed the issues the basement was having then drew up a solution that would keep water out. On installation day, our crew lined the walls with our CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the entire perimeter of the basement floor. They also installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain in front of the door that leads outside to catch surface water. The CleanSpace, WaterGuard, and TrenchDrain all drain the water they collect into the two TripleSafe Sump pumps that were installed on opposite ends of the building. The TripleSafes pump the water out of the building through the discharge lines. Each discharge line is protected by IceGuard to ensure that no water floods back into the basement in case of a clogged or frozen line. This business no longer has to worry about water damage in their building!

CleanSpace is a strong vapor barrier that protects the basement walls from water damage and directs any water it encounters into the WaterGuard drainage system.
WaterGuard & WaterGuard Port
WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete to provide a seamless finished look. The WaterGuard Port is left visible to provide access to the system when needed.
TrenchDrain Grated Basement Drain
TrenchDrain is installed in front of the door that leads outside to catch excess and surface water. It is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe takes all of the water it collects and sends it out of the building through the discharge lines.
IceGuard Discharge Line System
The IceGuard discharge line system is installed on the outside of the building and prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
