This homeowner in Natick, MA reached out to us because water would pool in certain areas of their basement every time it rained and they were tired of it. On installation day, our crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls to corral any water permeating the walls into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter collecting groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch surface water, it is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sends all of that water out of the basement through the discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the home's basement if the discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes in the winter. The homeowner is so relieved that they no longer have to anticipate water being in their basement every time it rains.
