A homeowner in Braintree, MA gave us a call when water came into the lower part of their raised ranch for the first time. Since they used that space as a living area, it was important for them to know it would be completely waterproof before repairing the water damage. Our sales inspector, Trevor, drew up a solution that would give the homeowner peace of mind. On installation day, Foreman Kervin and his crew started waterproofing the basement with installing our WaterGuard drainage system along the floor's perimeter. They carefully installed it around the fire place as well to protect it. They also installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain inside of the basement door to catch excess water. The TrenchDrain is connected to the WaterGuard and both drain into the SuperSump Plus sump pump. The SuperSump Plus sends all of the water out of the basement. The homeowner can now repair their basement and be confident that they won't be dealing with water issues again.
WaterGuard & WaterGuard Port
WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete to provide a seamless finished look. Our crew did a great job installing the drainage system around this fire place. The WaterGuard Port is left visible to provide access to the system when needed.
TrenchDrain Grated Basement Drain
TrenchDrain is installed inside of the basement door to catch excess and surface water. It is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system.
SuperSump Plus Sump Pump
The SuperSump Plus takes all of the water it collects and sends it out of the home through a discharge line.
IceGuard Discharge Line System
The IceGuard discharge line system is installed on the outside of the home and prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
