Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: North Weymouth, MA Basement Waterproofing
This homeowner in North Weymouth, MA reached out to us because water would leak into their basement during every heavy rainfall. The homeowner explained that the water was mainly coming in through the bulkhead door so when our inspector, Mike, went to the home to provide a free estimate, he took note of that when drawing up his solution. On installation day, Foreman Lucio and his crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the basement floor to collect groundwater. On the inside of the bulkhead door they installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain to catch surface water, they also installed a piece of our CleanSpace vapor barrier inside of the door to direct excess water into the drainage system. The TrenchDrain and WaterGuard are connected and drain the water they collect into the SuperSump Plus sump pump. Our crew also installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity low, it conveniently drains itself into the sump pump as well. The SuperSump sends all water out of the home through a discharge line and the IceGuard discharge line system prevents any issues in the event of a clogged or frozen line. The homeowner can now have peace of mind during the next storm.
