Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Wet Basement Solutions in Franklin, MA
This homeowner in Franklin, MA was tired of finding water in their basement so they gave us a call looking for a solution. Our inspector, Andy, went to the home to assess the basement and provide a free estimate. On installation day, our crew started waterproofing the basement by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier in the corner where the furnace is because it is very important that it's protected from water damage. They also installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain in the floor around the furnace to further protect it from excess water. TrenchDrain was also installed inside of the basement door to collect surface water that may find its way in from outside. Around the entire perimeter of the basement, the crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system to collect ground water. The TrenchDrain and WaterGuard are connected and drain into the TripleSafe sump pump system. The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was also set up in the basement to keep humidity low and it drains itself into the sump pump as well. The TripleSafe takes all of the water and sends it out of the home through two discharge lines. The homeowner is so relieved now that they have our products protecting their basement from water.
