Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: North Kingstown, RI Wet Basement Solutions
This homeowner in North Kingstown, RI reached out to us because they were dealing with water in their basement and their main concern was with the bulkhead stairs. On installation day, our crew started waterproofing with installing our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the basement floor to collect groundwater. On the inside of the bulkhead door, they installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain to catch excess and surface water. The WaterGuard and TrenchDrain are connected and both drain into the SuperSump Plus sump pump system which sends all of the water out through a discharge line. The IceGuard discharge line system was set up on the outside of the home to prevent flooding if a line ever clogs or freezes. The homeowner is so happy that they no longer have to worry about their basement when it rains.
