Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing a Partially Finished Basement in Marshfield, MA

A homeowner in Marshfield, MA gave us a call because they were having some water issues in the unfinished part of their basement. Our inspector, James, went to the home to assess the water issues and drew up a solution that would keep the entire basement completely dry going forward. On installation day, Foreman MJ and his crew started waterproofing the basement with installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along each wall and our WaterGuard drainage system along the entire perimeter of the floor. In front of the basement's bulkhead door they put our TrenchDrain grated basement drain to catch any excess water. The TrenchDrain is connected to the WaterGuard and the water they collect flows into the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sends all of the water out of the home through the two discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the crew installed our IceGuard discharge line system to prevent water from flooding back into the home if a line ever clogs or freezes in the winter months. Now the homeowner can have peace of mind knowing they won't be finding water in their basement again.
