Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Apartment Building Waterproofing in Jamaica Plain, MA
An apartment building owner in Jamaica Plain, MA gave us a call because they needed waterproofing done in the joint basement of the building. Our inspector, Andy, went to the apartment building and drew up a solution that would work for the large space. On installation day, our foreman, Tomas, and his crew started waterproofing the space by seamlessly installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along each wall to direct water seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system that was installed around the entirety of the floor's perimeter. Around the utilities located in the basement, the crew installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain to collect surface water and protect them from water damage. On opposite sides of the basement, two of our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifiers were installed to keep humidity controlled. Our TripleSafe sump pump was installed to send all of the water out of the basement through the discharge lines. Now the basement of this apartment building is completely safe from water!

WaterGuard Drainage System & WaterGuard Port
WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete to provide a seamless finished look and the WaterGuard Port is left visible to provide access to the system when needed.
The TrenchDrain was installed around the utilities in the basement to protect them from water damage. Two SaniDry Sedonas were installed in the space in separate areas to fully control humidity, they conveniently drain themselves when needed.

The TripleSafe takes all of collected water and sends it out through the discharge lines.
