Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Mid-Construction Basement Waterproofing in Portsmouth, RI
A homeowner in Portsmouth, RI was in the process of finishing their basement but they wanted to make sure it would be completely waterproof before the project was finished. Our inspector, Trevor, went to the home and drew up a plan for the basement to be waterproofed while under construction. On installation day, our foreman, Damien, and his crew started with installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along each wall which direct wall seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system that they installed around the entire perimeter of the basement floor. The water collected in the drainage system is channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends all of the water out of the basement. Now once the homeowner completes their basement finishing project, they can be confident that no water will be coming in!

WaterGuard Drainage System & WaterGuard Port
WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the floor and covered in fresh concrete to provide a seamless finished look. The WaterGuard Port is left visible to provide access to the system when needed.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the home through the discharge lines.
