This homeowner in Providence, RI reached out to us because water would get into their basement during every heavy rainfall and the homeowner just wanted peace of mind during the next storm. MJ, one of our foremen, and his crew started waterproofing the basement with installing our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the basement floor. On the inside of the bulkhead door, they installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain to catch any surface water. The WaterGuard and TrenchDrain are connected and filter the groundwater into the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sends all of the water out of the basement through the two discharge lines. The IceGuard discharge line system was set up on the outside of the home to protect it from flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line. Now the homeowner can rest easy during the next storm!
WaterGuard Drainage System & Port
WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete to provide a seamless finished look. The WaterGuard Port is left visible to provide access to the system when needed.
TrenchDrain Grated Basement Drain
TrenchDrain is installed inside of the basement door that leads outside to catch excess and surface water. It is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the home through the discharge lines.
IceGuard Discharge Line System
IceGuard is installed on the outside of the home and prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
