This homeowner in Roslindale, MA reached out to us because their finished basement was taking on water so they wanted it completely waterproofed before repairing it. Our inspector, Jake, drew up a solution for the basement and our foreman, Riley, and his crew made it happen on installation day! The crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the basement floor to collect groundwater. Around the utilities in the basement, they installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain to protect them from any surface water. The WaterGuard and TrenchDrain are connected and drain into the SuperSump Pump sump pump which sends all of the water out of the home through a discharge line. On the outside of the home, they installed our IceGuard discharge line system to prevent flooding if the discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes in the winter. Now the homeowner can refinish their basement with confidence knowing they won't be having water issues again!
