Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Wet Basement Solutions in Providence, RI

A homeowner in Providence, RI gave us a call because water was leaking into their basement. Our crew started the waterproofing process by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the wall to corral water seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter for collecting the groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch surface water, it's connected to the WaterGuard drainage system and both drain into the sump pump. The crew also set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity low and it also drains itself into the sump pump system. The SuperSump Plus sump pump system sends all of the collected water out of the basement through a discharge line. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes in the winter. Now the homeowner doesn't have to worry about water in their basement anymore!
