A property manager in Narragansett, RI gave us a call because they needed a solution to the water making its way into the finished basement of the home. Our crew first installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement floor to handle all of the groundwater. Then they set up our SaniDry XP dehumidifier to keep humidity in the basement low and it conveniently drains itself into the WaterGuard drainage system. The crew installed our TripleSafe sump pump in the lowest point of the basement floor and it sends all of the water out of the home through two discharge lines. The IceGuard discharge line system was installed on the outside of the home to prevent flooding if a line ever clogs or freezes. After all of our products were in place, the crew installed our EverLast Wall Restoration System to refinish the walls in the basement, but this time they'll be waterproof! The property manager was very relieved after this project was done!

The IceGuard discharge line system is installed on the outside of the home and prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
EverLast Finished Wall Restoration System
EverLast Wall works seamlessly with the drainage system and gives the basement a finished look while also being completely waterproof. The panels also add insulation to the basement, creating a more comfortable space.
