Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Entire Basement Waterproofing in Providence, RI

This homeowner in Providence, RI gave us a call because they wanted to start using their basement for storage space but needed to make sure it was completely waterproof before doing so. Our crew first lined the fieldstone walls of the basement with our CleanSpace vapor barrier to direct wall seepage into the drainage system. Our WaterGuard drainage system was installed around the entire perimeter of the basement floor to collect groundwater. On the inside of the bulkhead door, the crew put our TrenchDrain, which catches surface water and is connected to the WaterGuard. All of that water is sent into the TripleSafe sump pump which then sends it out of the home through two discharge lines. Lastly, the crew set up the SaniDry XP dehumidifier to keep humidity in the basement low and it drains itself into the sump pump as well. Now the homeowner can store their belongings in the basement without having to worry about water getting in!
