A homeowner in Nantucket, MA reached out to us because they were in need of a waterproofing solution for their basement. Our inspector, Steve, went to the home to assess the water issues and drew up a solution. On installation day, our foreman, Riley, and his crew installed our CleanSpace wall system along each wall to corral seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system that was installed around the floor's entire perimeter and drains into the sump pump. They also installed our SaniDry XP dehumidifier to keep humidity low and it also conveniently drains itself into the sump pump system. Our TripleSafe sump pump sends all of the collected water out of the home through two discharge lines. The IceGuard discharge line system was set up on the outside of the home to prevent flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line. Now the homeowner can rest easy knowing they wont be finding water in their basement going forward.

WaterGuard Drainage System
WaterGuard is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and covered in fresh concrete to provide a seamless finished look. The WaterGuard Port is left visible to provide access to the system when needed.

The SaniDry XP keeps the humidity in the air of the basement low and drains itself into the sump pump.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the home through the discharge lines.
IceGuard Discharge Line System
The IceGuard discharge line system is installed on the outside of the home and prevents flooding in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line.
