This homeowner in Charlestown, RI gave us a call because water was getting into their basement after every heavy rainfall. Our inspector, Trevor, went to the home to assess the basement's water issues and draw up a solution. Our foreman, MJ, and his crew started by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier halfway up the wall to corral the water permeating the wall into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's entire perimeter to collect the groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed around the utilities in the basement to protect them by catching any surface water and it is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the SuperSump Plus sump pump which sends all of the collected water out of the basement through the discharge line. Now the homeowner can rest easy during the next rainfall!
