This homeowner in Framingham, MA gave us a call because their basement would occasionally flood after heavy rain and they were looking for a waterproofing solution. One of our sales inspectors, Nick, went to the home to assess the water issues and drew up a solution to keep the space dry going forward. On installation day, one of our production foremen, Lucio, and his crew started the waterproofing process with installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the basement walls. The CleanSpace directs water seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system that the crew installed around the perimeter of the basement floor. The WaterGuard drains the water it collects into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends all of the water out of the basement through the two discharge lines. The IceGuard discharge line system was set up on the outside of the home to prevent flooding if a discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Now the homeowner won't be worrying about finding water in their basement next time it rains.
