Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Unfinished Basement Waterproofing in Cranston, RI

This homeowner in Cranston, RI gave us a call because water kept finding its way into their unfinished basement. Our inspector, Andy, went to the home to draw up a solution and provide a free estimate for the project. On installation day, our foreman, MJ, and his crew started waterproofing the basement by installing our CleanSpace wall system along the walls. CleanSpace is a strong vapor barrier that directs water seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system that the crew installed around the perimeter of the basement floor. The WaterGuard then drains the water it collects into the SuperSump Plus sump pump which sends all of the water out of the basement through a discharge line. Our IceGuard discharge line system was set up on the outside of the home to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever clogs or freezes. Now the homeowner can have peace of mind knowing their basement will be staying dry!
