This homeowner in Worcester, MA gave us a call when they realized they were finding signs of water in their basement more often than not. Our inspector, Nick, went to the home to assess the basement and drew up a solution that would keep the space dry. Foreman Tomas and his crew started on installation day with installing the WaterGuard drainage system along the floor's perimeter to collect groundwater. Our TrenchDrain grated basement drain was installed in front of the basement door that leads outside to catch surface water and it is connected to the WaterGuard drainage system. All of that water is then channeled into the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sends all of the collected water out of the basement through the discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if the discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes. Now the homeowner can feel confident that they will no longer be finding water in their basement.
