This homeowner in Wakefield, RI gave us a call because water was entering their basement in many different places. Our crew started waterproofing by first installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier along each wall to direct seepage into the WaterGuard drainage system which was installed along the floor's perimeter to collect the groundwater. All of that water is then sent into the TripleSafe sump pump which sends all of the collected water out of the basement through the two discharge lines. On the outside of the home, the IceGuard discharge line system was set up by the crew to prevent water from flooding back into the basement if a discharge line ever gets clogged or freezes in the winter. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about water in their basement!
